Trinidad and Tobago is in the grasp of a deadly second wave of Covid 19, with deaths in the month of May more than the pandemic in all of 2020. The population has seen a change in the profile of victims as younger and younger persons are becoming very ill and in some instances unfortunately dying.
IzzSo media spoke to a young, popular DJ/Producer Karey Wright who said that he was afraid to go to sleep because he feared that he may have died in his sleep because of how badly he was affected by the virus. He described how it all started.
At one point between the fever at 38.1 C and the chills, he thought he was going to die. He experienced deep bouts of depression.
Friends and medical guidance got him through this devastating experience. He is urging young people to take covid 19 very seriously. Dont take chances with your life or your families lives.
