A woman identified as Paige John was killed in a hit and run accident on Wednesday morning.
The accident occurred near NP in the vicinity of the Flyover at Beetham and Churchill Roosevelt Highway.
Reports claim that the woman was attempting to cross the highway, when she was struck and killed.
The licence plate of the vehicle involved in the accident fell off at the scene.
Police are investigating.
