We will win this victory; this is the level of confidence being expressed by the Scrap Iron Dealers Association towards the decision by government to ban the export of scrap iron for the next six months.
Association President, Allan Ferguson, made the comment while speaking at the start of Wednesday’s motorcade from the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Tarouba to Port of Spain.
Mr Ferguson is remaining optimistic progress will be made in the struggle against what he calls injustice and oppression.
He noted the importance of unity and togetherness in the bid for improved conditions.
