While some may be breathing a sigh of relief with the announcement, the Opposition does not share those sentiments.
The United National Congress, has accused Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley of failing to address a number of critical issues facing the country during his press conference on Saturday.
The Opposition is questioning the Prime Minister’s plans for economic recovery as the country approaches endemic Covid 19 status.
Jearlene John raised the question while speaking at the weekly Opposition Press Conference.
Senator John also questioned the way forward and T&T and the world deals with supply chain issues resulting in increased prices and what she described as the country’s lack of diversification.
