Police are searching for a prisoner who escaped from the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex early Tuesday morning.
Reports indicate that Isaac Lovell, who lived at LP 42 Five Rivers Flood Gate, Arouca, managed to escape while under police watch around 5:30a.m.
He was last seen at Ward 4, the Adult Surgical Unit.
Lovell was admitted last Friday, after seeking medical assistance in St. Joseph.
Police believe he was a suspect who was involved in a shootout that occurred in La Horquetta last Friday.
He was last seen wearing a white jersey and a pair of red, three-quarter pants.
