Former High Court Judge and Justice Minister Herbert Volney has a message for Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley.
He visited an undisclosed beach and recorded a message while there.
He uploaded the video to his facebook page and labelled it ‘Dedicated to the patriots’.
The video had gone viral on social media.
Beaches remain off limits as per the Public Health Regulations.
During an address to the nation on November 25, Dr Rowley announced the Government would consider reopening beaches on a limited scale in time for Christmas.
