Viral videos of flooding in Tobago; Government issues storm warning

The Government of Trinidad and Tobago has issued a Tropical Storm Warning as of 5:00am Sunday 22nd September.

A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected within the next 12 hours.

Several areas across Tobago have already begun to experience the harsh effects of the Tropical Storm.
