Uptown Fascinators from Tobago seem on course for another Panorama title in the Small band category.
This after the band topped the semi-finals on Saturday night at Victoria Square, Port of Spain, edging out the TT Defence Force which placed second and New East Side coming third.
A total of 30 bands performed with the top 14 moving on the finals, which will be held next Saturday at Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain.
