TTUTA President: “There’s no provision for continued education of an expelled student

There’s nothing in place for the continued education of students who have been expelled from the school system.

While there may have been provisions in place previously that does not seem to be the case at present.

TTUTA President Antonia De Frietas told News Power Now this morning that while a student who exhibited deviant behaviour would have benefitted from available resources before, that’s not the case for such a student now.

She said however there is no provision once a child is expelled.
