T&TEC says it will communicate with customers officially once a decision is made regarding implementation of the rates outlined by the Regulated Industries Commission.
This comment came as it dismissed the authenticity of an image being circulated on social media and social messaging platforms.
The image bears T&TEC’s logo and is labelled as a notice to customers about new residential rates.
T&TEC says it issued no such information.
