Trinidad and Tobago’s covid19 death toll has crossed 2500.
In its latest clinical update, the Ministry of Health recorded, 17 more covid19 deaths, taking the toll 2, 503.
Among the 17 fatalities were 7 elderly males, 4 elderly females, 4 middle aged males and 2 middle aged females.
The Ministry also reported 567 news positive cases of the virus.
It was noted, however, that the cases are from samples taken during the period, December 12 – 15 and not the last 24 hours.
