Flight BW483 Passenger Says He Will No Longer Fly With Caribbean Airlines

“This is not my first rodeo with Caribbean Airlines”

Passengers on board flight BW483 from Miami to Trinidad on Monday, who were left stranded in Puerto Rico for over 20 hours, will each receive a US$400 voucher from Caribbean Airlines Ltd.

However, one passenger, Anthony Elliot says he will no longer fly with Caribbean Airlines, as he was not satisfied with the compensation given.

Speaking with Power News Digital, Elliot also said he was not satisfied with the apology given by CAL.

When asked what he would have wanted the airline to do during the incident, Elliot said he expected there to be clear communication between CAL and authorities in Puerto Rico.

The BW483 flight left Miami on Monday but had to make an emergency landing at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, San Juan after a female passenger developed medical issues.
