Tobago recorded its 2nd murder on Easter Sunday – a man from Moruga, Trinidad identified as Alex Anthony Cooper.
Police reports state that residents of Logwood Park, Scarborough, heard gunshots within the area around 6.30 am.
Cooper’s body was discovered hanging over a wall, half way inside a drain.
A District Medical Officer later pronounced the man dead and his body was taken to the mortuary of the Scarborough General Hospital.
An autopsy is expected to be performed soon.
