A three-year-old boy has been hospitalised after being mauled by a neighbour’s dog.
Cassyann Dass believes her quick action saved the life of her son after the dog attacked him while they sat in the gallery of their home in Barrackpore on Sunday evening.
Jalil, who turned three the day before the attack, suffered two gaping wounds on his cheeks and has to undergo surgery.
Dass claimed that she was threatened not to go public with the incident but said she is undeterred as she wants justice for her son.
