[Fish Cooked in Paper].
1 Fish fillet or steak /seasoned
1 round slice of Onion
1 Ochro Split down the middle
3 slices of Pumpkin
Olive oil and garlic mix
2 blades Chives
3 Slices Tomatoes
1 lime
1 tbsp Miss Dash Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
I parchment baking bag or paper
Procedure.
Season the fish with Miss Dash plus some salt and pepper and set aside
Season the remaining ingredients with salt pepper and the garlic and oil mix
Place vegetables in the bag then place the fish on top of the vegetable. Seal the bag and blade in a 350 F oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven .. Open bag and transfer contents to the serving plate
Squeeze lime juice over the fish .. Serve immediately
