Biological father of four-year-old Amarah Lallite, who was beheaded on Monday night in Arouca, Shanon Lallitte, highlights challenges he allegedly faced in trying to get part custody for his child.
He claimed he encountered difficulties from various institutions and revealed how it impacted on him.
Speaking on the Hard Talk Programme on Friday, he called for progress to made in addressing these situations which could arise.
