Two major accomplishments for Team TTO as both the men’s 4 x 400m relay and the women’s 4 x 100m relay teams both qualified for the Paris Olympics at the World athletics relays in the Bahamas last evening.
The Men’s relay team copped silver in 3.02 after Brazil got the Gold in 3.01, while the women’s 4 x 100 team also copped silver in 43.54 seconds after Jamaica in 42.74 seconds. Both the men’s and women’s relay teams have now qualified for the Olympics in Paris 2024.
