Police were called in to stop an early morning party in the Sea Lots area this morning.
Officers were notified of the party at the Sea Lots Community Centre at around 5.20 am and went to the area where they saw a large crowd.
The patrons were warned of the public health measures and then ordered to leave the premises.
On Monday afternoon Port of Spain police issued 17 tickets to people for not wearing their masks.
