Keiron Thomas, a 68-year-old retiree, was killed in a house fire in Tobago last night.
Police and fire officials were notified of the blaze at Williams Trace, Government House Road in Scarborough just around 7:30pm.
However, they were unable to save the wooden structure, which was completely destroyed.
Williams, aka Buggy, was alone at the time of the fire.
The cause of the blaze is yet to be determined.
Williams was a former employee of the Water and Sewerage Authority.
