RBL seeking to rectify issues with new online banking platform

Republic Bank Limited has apologised for the issues met by customers today, as it launched its new online banking platform.

The bank upgraded its RepublicOnline and RepublicMobile App services but customers have reported login issues and failures with the interface.

The bank, via social media, has apologised for these “technical difficulties” and asked for customers’ patience and understanding.
RBL said its seeking to rectify the issues in the shortest possible timeframe and as soon as they’re resolved, it will issue an update.
