The Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) is doing its part to assist revellers in need of transportation this Carnival.
They have released a ‘Bus It’ to J’Ouvert Carnival schedule.
The PTSC shared a Carnival schedule with departures from as early as 2am to get to J’ouvert celebrations and afterwards on a demand basis over Carnival Monday and Tuesday.
The bus company said a regular service would be in effect on Carnival Saturday, with normal operations along trunk routes and additional schedules from Arima, Chaguanas, San Fernando and Chaguaramas to cater for more passengers.
On Carnival Tuesday, the company said services will be increased on a demand basis throughout the evening until midnight.
The company said services will return to normal from Ash Wednesday (February 22).
