Residents of Chaguanas West Constituency protested over poor roads early Wednesday morning.
The affected areas are Warren Road, Ajodha Road, Bejucal, Ramlal Trace, and Moore Trace.
MP for the area, Dinesh Rambally, claimed all calls for help from the authorities over the past months have been ignored.
He said requests have been made for a greater allocation of funding for road and drainage repair to be undertaken by the Ministry of Local Government, the Ministry and Works, the Water and Sewerage Authority, and the Ministry of Finance.
