Political Analyst says Augustine caught between a rock and a hard place on leaked audio tape

THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine is being told that he must comment on the leaked audio tape that surfaced with persons whose voices closely resembled his and Leader of Assembly Business Zorisha Hackett.

Political Analyst Rishi Maharaj says that Augustine’s silence is deafening.

He told sister station Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show this morning that as long as Augustine remains silent, the assumption will be that he’s guilty.

However Maharaj also revealed that even if Augustine was to confess at this point it would be a devastating blow to his political career and credibility.
