A model nation of unity is how the Prime Minister describes Trinidad and Tobago.
Dr Keith Rowley made the assessment while speaking at Divali celebrations held at the Diplomatic Centre, St Ann’s this week.
The Prime Minister commented on the impact of genocide and the implications of such human behaviour.
He said all should be done to preserve harmony in this country.
In spite of differences which exist, Dr Rowley cited the importance of a united people.
