Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley will address the Lower House today on the recent Privy Council ruling on the Local Government Extension.
Speculation is rife that he will announce the date for the local government elections.
Rowley is also set to lead a team of PNM speakers at a public meeting tomorrow in San Fernando. That area has a marginal regional corporation which the Opposition UNC is targeting to win in the Local Government polls.
