Orlando Kerr: I expect teachers to come out in T’bgo despite TTUTA call

THA’s Assisstant Secretary Education Orlando Kerr says he expects teachers to report for duty today.

He made the comments as TTUTA said it expects that thousands of its members will not turn up for school today based in what it has described as an unacceptable offer from the Chief Personnel Officer.

TTUTA says it sees the call it has made for its members to remain at home today as an outright rejection of the CPO’s 4% offer.

There has been some confusion on the part of parents on whether they should send their children to school.
