The Opposition is being urged to give support to internal self- government legislation for Tobago.
Attorney General, Faris Al Rawi, made the appeal to the United National Congress in the House of Representatives this afternoon.
AG Al Rawi made the call while deliberating on the private motion Adopt the Report of the JSC on the Constitution Amendment Tobago Self Government Bill, 2020.
The AG also highlighted some of the various areas the legislation seeks to improve governance matters for Tobago.
