Abdulah backs Rowley’s stance on illegal Venezuelan entry

The Movement for Social Justice is backing the Government’s stance on the illegal entry of Venezuelans into Trinidad and Tobago.

Despite being at loggerheads with the government over several issues such as its energy policies, the MSJ in a media conference yesterday agreed with the Government in clamping down on Venezuelans who claim to be asylum seekers.

Mr Abdullah said the MSJ is not in support of anyone entering the country illegally and the trafficking of people.
