A shooting outside a popular fast food restaurant in Tacarigua on Friday night, has left a 40-year-old man dead and his friend nursing gunshot wounds.
Around 8 pm, Rommel Nepaul, 40, of Dinsley Village, Tacarigua, and Anil Ramnarace, also 40, of El Dorado were standing outside Jerky’s Grill along the Eastern Main Road in Tacarigua.
They were approached by a man who shot them several times before he returned to an awaiting vehicle and drove away.
Nepaul died on the scene, while Ramnarace was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Investigations are ongoing.
