A 21-year-old man, said to be a bandit, was shot and killed in Curepe on Sunday evening.
Unconfirmed reports say 21-year-old Ferdan Thomas, of East Grove, Valsayn, was shot and killed by an off-duty police officer at Lyndon Street in Curepe.
It is alleged that a loaded firearm was found near to Thomas inside his vehicle.
