NTA Representative Suggests Revision Of Process For State Board Appoints

There is a call for a review in the process of appointing persons to state boards in Trinidad and Tobago.

The suggestion comes from Lieutenant Commander, Norman Dindial, of the National Transformation Alliance.

He made the comment during the Digital Debate Series on Power 102 Digital, Wednesday.

Lt Commander Dindial said the NTA is proposing all state entities have representation from government, opposition, independent, civic society and professional bodies.

Mr Dindial is of the view adopting this approach will ensure better accountability and transparency.
