Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the decomposing body of man, which was found in Diego Martin on Saturday afternoon.
Police said that on Wednesday, around 12:30am, a resident of Hassanali Street, Rich Plain Road, Diego Martin reported hearing gunshots near his home, but found nothing when he went to check.
However, at around 6.15am on Saturday, the man told police he got a foul-smelling stench coming from a bamboo patch near his home and also found four spent 9mm shells.
When the police responded they discovered the decomposing body.
