A Morvant man, identified as Brandon Victor, was shot and killed at a construction site in Cascade on Friday.
Victor, of Mon Repos Road, Morvant, was in the yard of a house near Kingston Court, Cascade Main Road, where he and other persons were conducting repairs, when four suspects approached and opened fire on him.
They then fled the scene in a motor vehicle.
The incident took place around 1pm.
