The Immigration Division and the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation are collaborating to delivery new or renewed passports to successful applicants.
The partnership is called Safe and Easy Passport Delivery with TTPOST System.
National Security Minister , Stuart Young, speaking on the development on Tuesday revealed how the process will work.
Minister Young said progress has also been made in clearing the back log of passports.
Meanwhile, Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Public Utilities, Nicolet Duke, said the venture is a viable one.
