India Secures Seven Wicket Win Against West Indies In Third T20 Match In Guyana

Eighty –runs from Player of the Match ,  Suryakumar Yadav and 49 not out from  Tilak Varma help set up a seven wicket win for India against West Indies in the third T20 match played at Providence Cricket Stadium in Guyana today.

Set 160 to win, the visitors kept their hopes alive in the five match series with a victory finishing on 164 for 3 in 17.5 overs.

West Indies lead the series 2-1.

Opener Brandon King topped scored with 42 runs when the West Indies batted first after winning the toss.

Captain Rovman Powell provided support with 40 not out.

Kuldeep Yadav was the main wicket taker for India with figures of three wickets for 38 runs from four overs.

The fourth and fifth T20 games will be played in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
