Learn to bake Simple healthy White Bread for your family and friends….

12 oz. or 1 1/2 cups water
1 3/4 tbsp or 1/2 oz yeast
1lb 4oz Bakers Flour
2 tbsp or 1 oz sugar
2 tsp or 1/2 oz salt
3 tbsp or 1 oz powdered milk
2 tbsp or 3/4 oz margarine

Place water yeast sugar milk powder and margarine in mixing bowl…Add flour then place salt on top.. Remember not to allow the salt to come into direct contact with the yeast.
Knead or Mix the dough until it is smooth and elastic..
If using a mixer it should be mixed at medium speed for ten minutes. If by hand…develop the dough until it is smooth and elastic using the stretch test as shown in the video

Cover the mixed dough and leave in a warm place until double in size .

Punch down to deflate then divide into eight one and a half ounce portions. Save the remaining dough.

Roll the small pieces into balls then flatten front as seen in then video then roll and tuck ….place into prepared baking tins .

Proof until dough fills up the baking tins. about fifteen minutes.

Place in a 400 F preheated oven and cook until golden brown….. approximately ten to twelve minutes
