Elderly man murdered during domestic incident

An 82-year-old man was murdered on Monday night during a domestic dispute.

The deceased, who has been identified as Lennard Mohammed, was reportedly making violent threats to a close female relative, 81, and a male relative, 24, at the house at Railway Road around 9pm

Mohammed, an amputee who used a wheelchair, had a knife and approached the two.

There was a struggle and Mohammed was stabbed by the male relative.
He died on the spot.
