A man identified as Keron Lewis was gunned down in Diego Martin on Tuesday night.
A teenager was also injured during the incident.
Around 8:35pm, 36-year old Lewis of Morvant and the 16-year-old victim, were having a conversation at the teen’s home, when they were approached by a gunman.
The suspect opened fire before fleeing the scene.
The teenager then felt a burning sensation on his left foot and observed Lewis on the ground bleeding from gunshot wounds.
Lewis died at the scene, while the teenager was taken to hospital for medical treatment.
Police are investigating the matter.
