Minister of Finance Colm Imbert has based his revenue and expenditure on an estimated oil per barrel cost of US $60 and natural gas cost of US $3.00 mmbtu.
Revenue will total 47.749 billion dollars and includes the following:
- Oil: 11 billion
- Non-oil: 35.795
- Capital 0.95 billion
Expenditure will total TT $53.036 billion and the major sectors will be divided as follows:
- Education: 7.548 billion
- Security: 6.440 billion
- Health: 6.048 billion
- Public Administration: 3.0487 billion
- Works and Transportation: 2.956 billion
- Local Government: 2.469 billion
- Housing: 1.007 billion
- Agriculture: 070 billion
The deficit will be TT $5.287 billion.
