Data scientist says 1200 cases missing from Ministry of Health covid-19 presentations

Data scientist Deryk Cornwall of Ubilitics analytics has discovered 1200 missing cases in the reports being presented by the Ministry of Health’s epidemiological data graphs. Mr. Cornwall spoke to Izzso media and raised his concerns explaining how his data analytic company was able to identify the missing data:

He explained that the possibility exists that human error may account for the missing cases since persons would have to be involved in the process of data entry of cases at a time when the system was being tested by a steep increase in cases being tested:

Cornwall also said there are serious implications for these missing cases, since these can significantly impact the analysis of the situation in Trinidad & Tobago and decisions being made regarding how the country responds in terms of measures aimed at curtailing the spread of covid-19:
