While the adverse green-level alert was discontinued, the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service said that partly cloudy spells with showers will interrupt sunny conditions in a few areas today.
The TTMS said that most of the thunderstorm activity is to the West of the island, and there is no longer any threat of severe weather.
The night will be mostly clear.
