The Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard (TTCG) visited both Carli Bay and Orange Valley fishing communities, as part of ongoing investigations into an attempted robbery at sea on November 15.
The TTCG representatives interviewed Mr. Imtiaz Khan, President of the Carli Bay Fishing Association, who confirmed that all fishermen within both the Carli Bay and Orange Valley fishing communities were accounted for and there were no kidnappings or injuries.
The Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard vi a media release said that will continue to maintain the safety and security of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago through the conduct of maritime security patrols within our area of operations.
