“Sooo…. Y’all I shut down for gas on the Wrightson!”
The TTPS ran into action to asssit a woman who was stranded on Wrightson Road on Saturday.
Natasha Wallace took to her Facbook page to pubicly thank two members of the police service for assisting her as her vehicle shit down.
Wallace said she shut down on Wrightson Road just before she was about to get gas.
She wrote, “these two officers came to my rescue. Pushed me off the road, took me to a gas station to get a bottle of gas, filled up my tank and had me on my way in less than 30 mins.”
Wallace pubivly thanked WPC Phillip and PC Sankar for their assistance and going above and beyond their duty.
“You both lived up to your oath ‘to protect and serve’ and that you did!”
She also thanked another gentleman who stopped to help them push the vehicle into the gas station.
“Trinidad IS a real place with real people.”
