A man said to be a well-known “pest” in his community was shot down in Palo Seco on Thursday night.
Twenty-two-year-old Jamal Ramsay aka Boww, had just finished bathing from a barrel outside his Allen Street, Beach Road, Palo Seco home when he was followed indoors by his attackers, who shot him about the body.
He fell on a nearby mattress and died at the scene.
