UNC Minister Vasant Bharath said that the quality of life for citizens of Trinidad and Tobago has consistently deteriorated for the last eight years and he sees no change for next year.
He was commenting on the recent Budget Presentation by the Finance Minister Colm Imvbert.
Mr Bharath was a guest on the Power Breakfast Show this morning.
He said one would have to have deep faith that anything other than failure would come out of next year if they reviewed the last eight budgets.
He said that the population at large is moved to actively do anything about the situation that exists.
Instead persons are continuously encouraged to concern themselves about race.
