The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 50-year-old KEVIN DES VIGNES.
Kevin, of Brathwaite Lane, Belmont, was last seen on Saturday 17th April, 2021.
He was reported missing to the Belmont Police Station, around 1:30pm, on Thursday 29th April, 2021 by a relative.
Kevin, of African descent, 6 feet 1-inch-tall, medium build, with a dark brown complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue and white stripe jersey, a pair of long black paints and a pair of sneakers.
