All NCLB outlets will be able to reopen for business come Monday 9th August 2021.
Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh made the announcement during this morning’s Health Ministry briefing.
Also being given a reprieve is the retail outlets.
They will be reopening from Monday, August 16th, 2021.
Deyalsingh has called on operators in this sector to use the week ahead to get employees vaccinated.
According to him, there is a trend worldwide, in which some levels of retail employees have low vaccination levels.
He also urged all lotto and retail operators and customers to ensure proper masking and social distancing.
