The Arima Licensing Office will be closed this week (Monday June 10th to Friday June 14th 2024).
Notice of this comes from the Works and Transport Ministry via a notice.
However, no reason was given for the closure.
Normal hours of operation will resume on Monday June 17th 2024.
The Ministry says persons affected by this closure are NOT required to reschedule their appointment and will instead be accommodated via the Licensing Division Mobile Offices, which will be stationed at the Larry Gomes Stadium in Arima from 8am to 3pm.
It is also advising of the following changes in the delivery of service during the period of closure:
Customers with previously scheduled appointments for the sitting of the Regulation Exam will now be accommodated during the period June 17th to 28th 2024.
Driving Tests will be conducted at the carpark of the Arima Licensing Office.
All other licensing services will be available via the Licensing Division Mobile Offices.
