The Children’s Authority of Trinidad and Tobago is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the minor, Serenity Thomas who was last seen on December 4th, 2020 at her home at Mora Extension 1, Valencia.
Serenity is of African descent, 4 feet 4 inches, 120lbs, and of slim build.
