Seven persons were arrested and quantities of ammunition and narcotics were seized by officers of the Southern Division during ongoing anti-crime exercises conducted in the Ste. Madeleine and San Fernando districts.
One operation was conducted between 8 am and 7 pm, on Wednesday during which officers of the San Fernando Criminal Investigations Department Operations and Southern Division Anti-Gang Unit, continued investigations into several reports of motor vehicle larceny in the Division.
The intelligence-led operation and diligent work of the officers resulted in the arrest of four male suspects, ages 29 to 61, of San Fernando, South Oropouche, Marabella and Pleasantville.
